Uckfield Girls are National Trampoline Champions

Rosie Sullivan, Poppy Bisset and Millie Dadswell

On the 25th March Poppy Bissett Year 7, Millie Dadswell and Rosie Sullivan Year 8 travelled to Belfast to take part in the intermediate Under 14  National Schools Trampolining Finals representing Uckfield College. The girls did incredibly well to even get to this stage of the competition as they first had to win the Southern Schools Trampoline Championships.  They competed against schools from all over the United Kingdom. All 3 girls did exceptionally well with both of their routines, and came away with gold medals, Millie Dadswell also competed in the individual competition and came a brilliant 4th place at the event. This really is a phenomenal achievement. It takes so much hard work and dedication from the students to reach this level of competition, and it must be said a lot of time and effort from their parents for supporting them all the way to the final in Belfast.
