GCSE and GCE (AS/A-Level) RESULTS DAYS
Please be advised that the results days take place on
Thursday 15th August: GCE (AS/A-Level) and BTEC Level 3 results
Thursday 22nd August: GCSE and BTEC Level 2 results
Students are requested to attend the Pamphilon from 9.00am on the relevant day to collect their results. Access to the Pamphilon will be via the double gates at the Freedom Leisure car park. The gates will be opened at 8.45am. Parking for this event is only available in the Freedom Leisure car park or adjacent to the Art Department.
Any results not collected on the day will be available for students to view via Edulink the following day. However, if a student wishes to nominate someone else to collect the results on his/her behalf on results day itself, then they must request this in writing to the Exams Manager before Friday 12th July 2019. The written request must include the name of the person collecting the results and his/her relation to the student, e.g. mother, father, friend. That person will be required to show some form of photo ID on the results day, such as a driving licence photo card or passport.
Examination Certificates will arrive at the college in November. They will be issued to Year 11 and Year 13 students at the annual Presentation Evenings organised by the respective heads of year (dates to be advised). Students unable to attend the Presentation Evening must make arrangements with the Exam Office to come in to collect their certificates at an alternative date and time. Certificates WILL NOT be posted out. Certificates for students who are unable to attend the Presentation Evening will be retained in College for a maximum of one year before being destroyed as per exam Board requirements. Students must bring proof of ID to collect certificates. Again, if any person other than the student is designated to collect the certificates, we must receive official written authorisation from the student and the person collecting the certificates will need to show photo ID.
